This role is completely remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with hours of operation being 9-6 PST, Friday through Tuesday.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to provide information about our products or services, addressing their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution, ensuring that their experience with arenaflex is seamless and hassle-free.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring that all customer interactions are properly documented.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service quality, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
