• Utilize a variety of methods to source and attract candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit for customer service roles
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment
