Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The following are the minimum requirements for this position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting; experience in healthcare or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and platforms.
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 35 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
