Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)

- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required)
- Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah (required)
