Key Responsibilities

- Utilize computer systems and software, including Amadeus, to efficiently navigate and multitask, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in the industry
Essential Qualifications
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Amadeus, or similar airline industry software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues
- Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently, with a strong understanding of technology and software applications
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work schedules
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States, with a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
- Ensure you have at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for laptop, with a 2nd screen and internet connectivity, to maintain productivity during power outages or technical issues

- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Knowledge of the airline industry, including flight reservations, bookings, and cancellations, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
