About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service and Insurance Sales Associate to join our Commercial Lines department. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in a fast-paced contact center environment, where you will engage with business owners to advise on insurance and risk management. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • 1 year of insurance sales and service experience, preferably in commercial insurance, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Valid Property and Casualty insurance license for your home state or the ability to obtain within 90 days, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications
