Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for locating qualified legal providers to assist our members with their legal matters. You will also play a key part in developing and maintaining our network of provider relationships, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong connections. This position involves a mix of outbound calling, receiving inbound calls, and email communications with our members and providers. As a part-time hourly position, you will have the opportunity to earn monthly incentives and make a real difference in the lives of our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in finding qualified legal providers to address their specific legal needs, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Build and maintain arenaflex's network of legal providers by researching and utilizing various online and referral recruitment resources, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Introduce and promote the arenaflex Legal Program to potential providers through cold calling, highlighting the benefits of partnership and collaboration.
  • Validate legal providers' professional licensing through local and state agencies, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Manage a caseload of 25+ customers, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assignments to meet established company standards of provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timelines.
  • Successfully recruit individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions or assignments, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.

This position operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. As a customer service representative, you will be regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. You will also be frequently required to sit, stand, talk, and hear, with occasional travel not required for this position.
