Job Overview

The Associate, Customer Acquisition will play a critical role in demonstrating the value and benefits of arenaflex's products or services to customers, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively articulate the value of our products or services to customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services and identifying up-sell opportunities
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers and win new business
  • Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email, with a focus on outbound communication and proactive engagement
  • Collaborate with the team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and up-to-date
  • Undertake sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and renewing contracts, to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and contribute to the development of sales strategies

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity, with a proven track record of success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
  • Prior experience in high-volume calling and customer engagement, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new technology and data, with a strong understanding of MS Office programs and experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to address customer concerns and drive business growth
  • Ability to commute to the Nashville, TN hub, with flexibility to work from home as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with complex data and systems
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with English as a primary language
