Job Overview
This remote position offers a unique opportunity for customer service professionals to join our dynamic team and develop their skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. As a Customer Service Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training, both on-site and remotely, to equip you with the knowledge and expertise necessary to excel in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, researching and resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records and files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research customer inquiries by accessing our claims processing system and other informational sources
- Respond to customer and provider questions through telephone contact and/or written communication, using proper etiquette, grammar, and punctuation
- Maintain related departmental records and files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Operate office equipment, including personal computers, calculators, copiers, and fax machines
- Make corrections to claims and eligibility, and enter new claims, eligibility, and subscriber information into our mainframe system
- Review subscribers' coverage to determine the type and level of benefits, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as one year of customer service experience in a business environment that requires the use of a computer program to assist customers. Preferably, this experience will be in a call center or dental-related field. You will also need to complete our customer service simulation test with a minimum score of 62 out of 100, unless you have previously passed this test or held a similar position within arenaflex.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience in a business environment
- Successful completion of the customer service simulation test (minimum score of 62 out of 100)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 8:25 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Midnight, Monday through Friday

- Previous experience in a call center or dental-related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
