Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Customer Support Crew at arenaflex is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving customer inquiries, and providing support through various channels, including phone, chat, SMS text, and email. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be expected to:
- Provide exceptional service to every customer, every time, through effective problem-solving and consistent standards of service, sales, and operational support
- Support continuous calls and digital support channels into the CSC, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Perform all assigned activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations, as well as selling flights and ancillary products and services
- Maintain KPI performance standards as defined by the CSC, ensuring that customer satisfaction and sales targets are met
- Navigate through complex processes while interacting with customers, and concurrently handle multiple digital interactions with ease
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Successful completion of new hire training, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role
- Provide a safe and professional office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction, to ensure that you can focus on delivering exceptional customer support
- Able to pass a ten (10) year background check, ensuring that you meet the highest standards of integrity and trustworthiness
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located, with the ability to work flexible hours and respond to customer inquiries on short notice
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma, with at least one (1) year of customer service or sales experience
Essential Skills and Competencies
In addition to the above requirements, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies:
- Technically proficient in working with CSC systems/programs/tools, including but not limited to: Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS
- Ability to answer continuous calls and digital messages, navigating through complex processes while interacting with customers
- Strong customer service skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, navigating tense situations with ease
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer
