**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers via phone, email, or chat
* Solving routine and complex problems in a timely and professional manner
* Answering incoming customer service orders as soon as possible
* Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers
* Documenting activity to our system
* Entering orders manually via our fax process
* Operating the phone system effectively
* Adhering to work schedule and meeting productivity targets
* Participating in cross-training programs to develop skills and knowledge in other areas of the department
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving
* Solid communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills
* Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
* Proficiency in computer software and systems
* Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
* Flexibility and adaptability to change
* Medical terminology experience preferred but not required
* A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent required
* High-speed internet access for remote work
