**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers, solving routine and complex problems, and documenting activity to our system. You'll work closely with our Technologists in the field, reps at our regional accounts, and Directors of Nursing and Administration to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers via telephone or fax
* Solve routine and complex problems, escalating issues to supervisors as needed
* Answer incoming customer service orders as soon as possible, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
* Display active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers
* Document activity to our system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Enter orders manually via our fax process, demonstrating proficiency in our phone system
* Adhere to work schedule, meeting productivity and performance expectations
* Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
* Other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; medical terminology experience preferred but not required
* Ability to work independently and as a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to change
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving
* Solid communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills
* Good organizational skills, with the ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks
* Ability to type 35-40 words per minute, with high speed internet for remote work
* Proficiency in computer software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on healthcare or medical terminology
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of resolving complex issues
* Experience with phone systems, fax processes, and customer relationship management software
* Certification in customer service, medical terminology, or a related field
