**The Role**
As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our 3P market in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, this role will involve:
* Conducting market research to identify product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our ecommerce platform
* Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new sellers and grow our product selection
* Providing guidance and support to sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitor competitor efforts
* Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations
* Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, consisting of statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
* Participate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree required
* 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in the ecommerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries
* Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working knowledge of Excel and MS Office programs
* Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning
* Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills
* Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities
* Ability to work with complex financial data and communicate effectively with stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of ecommerce experience
* 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter
* 3+ years of direct sales experience
