**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and driving process improvements. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with our Customer Support Account Representatives (CSAMs) to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Working closely with internal teams, such as Supply Chain Execution, Operations, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Support Account Managers, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products
* Providing key information, metrics, and execution plans to management and partners
* Building and maintaining successful working relationships with CSAMs, Channel Affiliate Partners, and internal offices
* Attending regular calls and record audits with Affiliate Partners
* Managing the execution of the Request Stream Cycle with Affiliate Partners, from Request Booking through delivery, to ensure optimal customer satisfaction levels are achieved
* Owning post-bill, backend business health metrics, and KPIs
* Focusing on responsibility, handling multiple and often competing tasks, and meeting time constraints for various expectations
* Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities within Affiliate Activities
* Utilizing data and analysis to inform decision-making and influence others
* Working in a fast-paced environment, rapidly adapting to changing business requirements, and quickly understanding complex business processes
* Mastering SAP and Success, with the ability to collect reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
* Recognizing patterns and underlying drivers/sub-drivers, and providing input to management to improve processes that will enhance internal and external customer experience
* Thinking creatively and influencing with data-driven models; ability to change the thinking of, or gain recognition from, others in sensitive situations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to the relevant audience
* Being thorough and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Maintaining a balance and positive outlook in a challenging, fast-paced, and quickly changing environment
* Excellent presentation skills
* Ability to represent arenaflex remotely at client discussions with exceptional skill
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, or Engineering, or equivalent experience in Operations/Supply Chain
* 1-3 years of experience in Operations/Supply Chain, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
* Proficiency in SAP and Success, with the ability to collect reports and analyze data
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean
* Certification in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management or Operations Management
* Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
