We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our members and providers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. - Identify, Evaluate, and Prioritize Caller Needs: Assess customer inquiries and concerns, and develop effective plans to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Formulate Plans of Resolution and Respond Appropriately: Use your problem-solving skills to identify solutions and communicate them to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain and Restore Customer Satisfaction: Partner with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform Problem Analysis, Problem Determination, and Recommended Resolutions: Use your analytical skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
- Proactively Educate Caller on Program Benefits: Share knowledge and expertise to educate customers on our programs and services.
- Meet or Exceed Established Call Center Metrics, Attendance Standards, and Quality Levels: Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Use Computer Tools to Accurately Process and Document Information: Utilize our computerized system to track calls, gather information, and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop Rapport with Callers and Appropriately Adjust Communication Style: Build trust and rapport with customers through effective communication and adaptability.
- Provide Accurate Information about arenaflex Programs and Services: Share knowledge and expertise to educate customers on our programs and services.
- Escalate Issues Internally and Follow Up on Escalated Issues: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior Experience in a Customer Service Related Field: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Great Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
