Our culture is built on a foundation of collaboration, empathy, and a shared passion for excellence. **Job Responsibilities** As a Product Manager - Customer Analytics, you'll be responsible for: * **Driving the development and execution of the Client Insight Center product**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and implement a comprehensive product roadmap that meets the evolving needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. * **Defining and communicating a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Client Insight Center**: Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the product's requirements, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes. * **Ensuring tools are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of internal teams**: Work closely with our engineering and security teams to design and implement robust security measures that protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry regulations. * **Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insight Center**: Develop and maintain a set of KPIs that align with our business objectives, ensuring we're measuring the right things to drive growth and improvement. * **Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection**: Stay ahead of the curve by attending industry conferences, reading relevant literature, and participating in online forums to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. * **Collaborating with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer protection**: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, security, and customer satisfaction. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that supports their physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
