**A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be working on the front lines of what we do for the healthcare community. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between various ones throughout your day. You'll receive incoming inquiries and will reach out to clients by phone, email, or chat, always delivering exceptional contact center services that we're known for. Whether participating in a clinical trial or trying to locate a pharmacy that has a new drug, you'll understand that it can be stressful and will always show the utmost empathy.
You'll have the knowledge and resources necessary to resolve most questions on your own and will have support from your team available whenever needed. In any case, you'll know how to make sure that clients always know that they're in good hands and that you truly care. With your professionalism and superior listening skills, you'll turn every interaction into a positive one. You'll keep accurate and detailed documentation about all your communication with clients. You'll enjoy interacting with people throughout your day and will feel good about providing exceptional contact center service on behalf of our valued clients!
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers
* Work with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel
* Receive incoming inquiries and reach out to clients by phone, email, or chat
* Deliver exceptional contact center services that meet or exceed client expectations
* Keep accurate and detailed documentation about all communication with clients
* Work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintained
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* One year of customer service or call center experience
* Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms
* Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintained
* Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office
* Ability to pass a background check
* Excellent customer service skills
**Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule:**
* Flexible work schedules for full-time call center positions
* Full-time employees can expect to work 38-40 hours per week
* At least one weekend day is required
* This is a work-from-home call center position
