**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and clients, providing personalized support and guidance to help them navigate the complexities of healthcare. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy**: You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, providing patients with personalized guidance and support.
* **Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls**: You'll effectively handle phone calls from patients, clients, and other customers, providing empathetic and personalized support to resolve their questions and concerns.
* **Maintaining patient and order information**: You'll proactively gather and update patient and order information, ensuring that our systems are accurate and up-to-date.
* **Providing customer education**: You'll educate patients and clients on our services, products, and policies, helping them to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
* **Routine assessment and problem identification**: You'll identify and escalate any issues or concerns to our pharmacists, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **1+ years of customer service experience**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment.
* **6+ months of high-volume customer service experience**: You'll have experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple phone calls and tasks simultaneously.
* **Must reside in the state of Nevada**: You'll need to be based in Nevada to work from home.
* **Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent**: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
