**Job Summary**
We're currently recruiting top talent for our PST time zone for Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. You'll also utilize compliant documentation standards, provide empathetic and member-centric service, and exceed our members' expectations.
**Responsibilities**
* Educates plan benefits, answers questions, and resolves issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
* Utilizes compliant documentation standards
* Provides empathetic and member-centric service
* Exceeds our members' expectations by showing respect, kindness, and thoroughly answering and resolving all questions
* Ensures that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved
**Requirements**
* Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
* Ability to apply patience
* Adaptability
* Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
* Or, equivalent military experience
* Preferred Qualifications:
+ Customer Service experiences preferred
+ Education: School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
**Training and Development**
* Training will last 11 weeks, Monday-Friday
* Training hours will be an 8-hour shift between 8am-6pm in your local time zone, with no time off allowed during this time
* Once training is over, shift schedule availability will range from 8am-6pm in your local time zone
**Compensation and Benefits**
* $17.50 per hour non-negotiable
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00-$28.46
