As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients.
