**About the Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative Role**
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients.
**Responsibilities**
* Take calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Actively listen to understand customers' needs and provide solutions to their problems
* Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating through multiple systems
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their healthcare-related inquiries
* Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High school diploma, GED, or college degree
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to type 25 WPM and keyboarding proficiency
* Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
* Successful completion of a background check is required for this position
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
* Experience with healthcare-related software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
