**Job Summary**
We're looking for an Experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team and help us deliver an extraordinary experience to our landline users. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our customers to resolve their concerns and provide exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Track customer concerns, identifying trends, and driving calls to resolution
* Work cross-functionally to remove customer obstacles and ensure every customer has an extraordinary experience
* Understand why customers wish to cancel and work on solutions to keep customers satisfied
* Listen for opportunities to upsell our customers on additional products and services that will save them money and solve their issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* Advanced command of the English language
* Calm under pressure, excellent at establishing rapport, and comfortable chatting with a variety of people
* Kind to your core, with a customer-centric approach
* Able to adapt quickly to change and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Skilled multitasker and organizational by nature
* Experience with Zendesk, Hubspot, or similar technology
* Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity

* Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
* Familiarity with VoIP technology and landline systems
* Experience working with a distributed team and collaborating with cross-functional teams
