**Job Summary**
As an experienced full stack product manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our CIC initiative. This includes defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our customer examination and experience platform meets the needs of our internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our CIC initiative.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center (CIC) initiative**, ensuring that our customer examination and experience platform meets the needs of our internal stakeholders.
* **Define and prioritize product requirements**, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our CIC initiative is aligned with business goals and objectives.
* **Collaborate with Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing groups** to deliver top-notch customer examination solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer protection.
* **Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics** to measure the success of our CIC initiative, ensuring that we are meeting our business objectives.
* **Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements** in customer digital character, customer examination, data security, and protection, identifying potential opportunities for product development and innovation.
* **Work closely with our Designing and Engineering teams** to ensure that our CIC initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's degree in software engineering, designing, or related field**, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in product management.
* **Proven track record of success** in driving business growth through data-driven decision making, with a strong emphasis on customer examination and experience.
* **Strong understanding of customer digital character, customer examination, data security, and protection**, with the ability to identify and implement best practices in these areas.
* **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Master's degree in software engineering, designing, business organization, or related field**, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in product management.
* **Experience in leading large-scale, complex B2B/C products**, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing and data-driven decision making.
* **Strong understanding of Web Content Openness Rules (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards**, with the ability to implement assistive technologies and ensure that our CIC initiative is accessible to all users.
* **Experience in working with diverse teams**, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and customer obsession.
