**Job Summary**
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our healthcare clients and their patients. Your primary duties will include:
* Answering calls, listening to concerns, and addressing these concerns in a polite and methodical manner
* Resolving questions or issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
* Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
* Adapting your attitude and conversation to different personality types
* Providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients and their patients
**Responsibilities**
* Answer calls, listen to concerns, and address these concerns in a polite and methodical manner
* Resolve questions or issues in a timely and efficient manner

**Requirements**
* 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience (Preferred)
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Active listening skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
* Proficiency in using a computer and navigating software applications
* Reliable internet connection and a Personal Computer with Windows 10/11 and at least 8 GB of memory
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare-related field
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
