Job Overview

The Customer Service Coordinator role at arenaflex is a vital position that plays a central part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer service process, from creating and finalizing service tickets to scheduling service appointments and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will work closely with our parts department and service technicians to resolve customer issues, and report to our Customer Service Lead and Customer Engagement Leader. Key Responsibilities

  • Create a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is positive and memorable.
  • Answer and transfer phones on our multi-line phone system, providing timely and effective support to our customers.
  • Solve customer issues by scheduling service appointments, working collaboratively with our service technicians and parts department to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Accurately finalize service tickets by applying parts used and documenting service technician’s diagnosis, ensuring that all customer interactions are thoroughly documented.
  • Communicate with customers regarding part orders, appointments, and service follow-up, keeping them informed every step of the way.
  • Work as a team player, collaborating with support, sales, service, installation, and delivery staff to ensure that our customers receive the best experience possible.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to the changing needs of our business.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service skills, and a can-do attitude. You should have effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with a multi-line phone system is also essential, as is acute attention to detail and follow-up of issues. You should thrive in a team and results-driven environment, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
