As a key member of our Operations Strategic Alignment team, you will play a vital role in collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, as well as partnering with customer experience, finance, and technology teams to bring alignment to our operational needs, support our technology roadmap, and ensure we work together to achieve our operational critical drives and objectives. You will lead the Operations teams in their transition to the Product Model, which includes advancing short and long-term strategy planning, partnering on key outcome improvement with attribution to portfolio objectives, and changing the way we collaborate with IT to achieve goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic thought leadership in support of the broader objectives, identify decisions that need to be made, and drive prioritization
• Connect the vision with the tangible pieces that enable its fulfillment
• Enable teams and leaders to come to a common understanding regarding the various initiatives with the larger alignment
• Be the link between business and IT teams across organizations to achieve consistency and collaborations on technology being used and being developed
• Ensure clarity of business requirements from stakeholders to enable proper planning and execution of new initiatives
• Communicate horizontally and vertically to drive and recommend key outcomes to all levels of management
• Demonstrate inclusive leadership qualities, develop, and care for the team, provide a positive impact on culture at arenaflex, and ensure a one-team mindset

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• 5-7 years of professional experience in at least three years of airline, technology, operations, or consulting experience
• Proven success working collaboratively across a wide variety of cross-functional teams and initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer:

• Product management experience
• Change management experience
• Past portfolio management experience with the ability to lead, coordinate, and prioritize projects
• Ability to interpret between worlds of technology and business
• Collaborative approach with proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Effective decision-making based on a combination of data-driven analysis and strategic thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership, collaboration, consensus building, and social awareness
• Ability to build strong agreement and achieve results through others
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to reach all levels both verbally and in writing
