About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. Your primary responsibilities will include solving problems, answering questions, and delivering high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices. This is an ongoing temporary position that offers the flexibility of remote work, with hours varying from part-time to up to 40 hours a week during peak times, all within a Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Time framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices, maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone in a call center environment, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues.
- Solve customer issues related to employee benefits, involving research and processing of relevant documents.
- Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma is required, along with customer service experience and strong typing and basic computer skills. While not mandatory, having a working knowledge of Microsoft software (including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word), exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll, and call center experience would be highly advantageous.

- Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency.
