Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our National Account customers, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional to work remotely, with the possibility of returning to an in-person role in the future. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a liaison between customers, branches, sales representatives, and corporate functions to ensure contract compliance and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintaining special and ancillary services for customers, including scanning and uploading documents, and updating customer information via company and customer websites
  • Updating work orders via customer web portals, providing status updates, and coordinating issues with Customer Account Managers
  • Receiving and responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Using computerized systems to input and track work orders, ensuring customers receive prompt service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Handling customer calls and correspondence, recording customer information, and maintaining accurate call history records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and providing feedback to improve processes and services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of clerical or customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service orientation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including typing and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to influence leaders and peers, work independently, and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of business unit brand products and services, with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience resolving escalated customer service issues is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or a similar field
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Experience working with customer service portals and software applications
  • Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment
