About the Role: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in addressing the concerns of our clients' customers, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns related to healthcare products and services, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary, adhering to data protection and confidentiality standards
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, promoting relevant products and solutions that meet their needs

Essential Qualifications:

Work Environment and Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a dedicated workspace in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private area to work. You will be required to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps. arenaflex will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam, to ensure you have the tools you need to perform your job effectively.

Physical Demands:

This role involves constant sedentary work, with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. You will need to be comfortable working in a stationary position for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain your physical and mental well-being.
