About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Chat Senior Representative to join our team. As a senior representative, you will play a critical role in delivering seamless customer experiences, supporting multiple lines of business, and advocating for our customers' health and wellness. Primary Responsibilities
- Help customers and healthcare providers understand our business and products, addressing topics such as prior authorization status, claims issues, and benefit coverage related to medical and dental procedures.
- Support two customers simultaneously within our Chat platform, requiring attention to detail and technological savvy.
- Deliver robust customer support, providing one-stop solutions for complex inquiries and reducing transfers and wait times.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and issues, resolving them the first time, every time, and advocating for our customers' health and wellness.
- Educate customers on disease management programs and recommend healthy living programs tailored to their needs.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience, with a strong preference for experience in a customer-facing role.
- Thorough technical knowledge of Medical terminology, with a strong understanding of healthcare products and services.
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, human connection, empathy, researching, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
