Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for our customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure resolution
  • Operate with empathy, kindness, and understanding, utilizing active listening skills to ensure our customers feel heard and valued
  • Collaborate with teammates, managers, and other stakeholders using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a customer-centric culture of collaboration

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak either language
  • Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation, and internet research, with the ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices
  • The ability to adapt to change, with a flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed
  • A proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and securing sensitive information, with a strong understanding of data protection principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it

  • A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset, which we'll provide
  • A cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
  • A webcam and virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom and Slack, which we'll provide
