About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-3 years of retail customer service or call center experience, with proven conflict management skills
- A flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution, and strong listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
- PC knowledge, typing skills, and the ability to utilize a cable internet provider (satellite internet providers are not eligible)
- A reliable internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and the ability to work from home in one of the following states: Wyoming, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, Texas, North Dakota, or Arkansas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
