Job Overview
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, building strong relationships with our clients and providing top-notch service to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and concerns

- Manage customer portfolios, organizing workflows to meet customers' time frames and demands
