In this critical role, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from members, addressing their concerns, and providing timely resolutions. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to approximately 30-40 inbound calls per day from members regarding home healthcare and benefits
- Provide accurate and timely information, addressing member inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize computer systems and software applications to document member interactions, update records, and maintain accurate information
- Collaborate with Case Managers and Nurses to ensure coordinated care and support for members
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology, healthcare benefits, and related policies and procedures
- Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for our members

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The following requirements are essential:
- 2+ years of experience in a call center, doctor's office, or customer service related position
