As a key member of the Business Backing Tasks group, you will be responsible for partnering with Customer Support Account Managers (CSAMs) on Record Management, with a focus on performance and process improvement. This role demands a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent analytical capabilities, and outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with CSAMs and other internal teams, such as Supply Request Execution, Logistics, Account Receivable, and Customer Service Record Managers, to ensure seamless execution, delivery, and payment of products.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CSAMs, Channel Affiliate Partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend regular calls and record reviews with Affiliate Partners to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage the execution of the Order Stream Cycle with Affiliate Partners, from Order Booking through delivery, to guarantee optimal customer service levels.
  • Own post-bill, backend business health metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to management and partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within Affiliate Operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel, with the ability to generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Capacity to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business results and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
