Outcomes and Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Crewmember at arenaflex, your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding service to every customer, every time. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting continuous calls and digital support channels into the CSC, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Providing exceptional service to every customer, every time, through effective problem-solving and consistent standards of service, sales, and operational support.
- Performing all assigned activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations, as well as selling flights and ancillary products and services.
- Maintaining KPI performance standards as defined by the CSC, ensuring that you are meeting and exceeding targets in a quickly evolving working environment.
- Working flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need, whenever they need it.
Requirements for Success
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Successful completion of new hire training, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this position.
- A safe and professional office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction, which will enable you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Able to pass a ten (10) year background check, which is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located, with the ability to provide documentation to support this.
- A high-speed internet connection to meet work from home requirements, which will enable you to work efficiently and effectively from a remote location.
Education and Experience Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following education and experience requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma, which demonstrates your commitment to education and personal development.
- One (1) year of customer service or sales experience, which will have provided you with a solid foundation in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Competencies and Skills
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following competencies and skills:
- Technical proficiency in working with CSC systems/programs/tools, including but not limited to: Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS.
- Ability to answer continuous calls and digital messages (i.e., chat, SMS text, email, etc.), while maintaining a high level of customer service and sales excellence.
- Ability to navigate through complex processes while interacting with a customer, using effective problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to navigate through concurrent digital interactions with more than one customer at a time, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer, which will enable you to work efficiently and effectively in a digital environment.
- Previous sales and call center experience is preferred, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, which will enable you to manage multiple tasks and priorities, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
