Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Crew Scheduler and Customer Care Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a full-time remote worker, you will be responsible for the efficient use of pilots and daily monitoring of their participation, as well as providing excellent customer care and support to all crew members. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient use of pilots and daily monitoring of their participation
- Provide excellent customer care and support to all crew members, including handling all scheduling-related matters and communicating procedural, regulatory, and administrative information
- Notify crew members of changes to their daily/monthly schedules and convey schedule changes in a timely manner
- Ensure all crew member tasks are in compliance with FAA-mandated regulations and company policies
- Continuously monitor and verify the integrity of the flight schedule, ensuring all sections have been assigned to a legal crew
- Resolve flight crew legitimacy issues and lay requirements based on applicable regulatory and administrative requirements
- Maintain essential communication with all crew members, flight control, and station personnel related to crew schedules
- Process trip trades, trip drops, canceled calls, emergency leaves, and other daily schedule changes
- Secure all necessary accommodations, including hotel and deadhead flight bookings
- Ensure the use of reserve crew members in the most efficient and convenient strategy to guarantee operational reliability
- Ensure compliance with FARs, contract requirements, and departmental policies
- Work closely with dispatchers to resolve issues and guide the efficient daily operation of the airline
- Report on daily scheduling and department status
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Two years of experience in customer support or the airline industry, or one year of crew scheduling experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on quality, tone, detail, and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and general web applications
- Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, on a rotating basis
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to exceptional professionalism
- Ability to work under close time constraints and in high-stress situations effectively
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as a vital part of a team
Preferred Qualifications

- Associate degree or higher
