Job Overview

This is a full remote job opportunity available to candidates based in the United States. As an Airline Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance, and troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through various channels, including calls, emails, and chat, in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries, ensuring that customers have a seamless and stress-free experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, going the extra mile to exceed customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, responding to customer needs, and providing personalized support to each customer
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and sales, to ensure that customer needs are met and that we are delivering a world-class customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Amadeus is a must, as well as previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry
  • Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States, with a reliable internet connection, a second screen, and at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for your laptop

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
