Key Responsibilities

  • Research customer inquiries using our claims processing system and other informational sources to provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Respond to customer, group, and provider questions via telephone and written communication, utilizing proper etiquette, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Maintain departmental records and files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Operate office equipment, including personal computers, calculators, copiers, and fax machines, to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Make corrections to claims and eligibility, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Enter new claims, eligibility, and subscriber information into our mainframe system, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Review subscribers' coverage to determine the type and level of benefits, providing clear and concise explanations to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of customer service experience in a business environment that requires the use of computer programs to assist customers. Preferably, this experience should be in a call center or dental-related field. Additionally, you must successfully complete our customer service simulation test with a minimum score of 62 out of 100, unless you have previously passed the test or held a Customer Service Trainee, Customer Service Advisor, or Customer Service Associate position at arenaflex.
