Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support and Data Entry Professional to join our Flight Operations Management team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing data entry tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our flight operations. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $32/hour and a range of benefits, including reserve travel anywhere in the arenaflex network while off the clock.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Manage data entry tasks, including accurate and efficient entry of customer information, flight data, and other relevant details
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Flight Safety, Operations Customer Center, Technical Operations, In-Flight Services, and Airport Customer Support, to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Participate in a group project that will be presented to the Flight Operations Initiative at the end of the semester, demonstrating your ability to work collectively and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet, as well as other software applications and systems used by the team
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as aviation management, business administration, or a related discipline
- A strong GPA and good academic standing with your university
- A passion for working in the field of flight operations management and a desire to learn and grow with the company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex issues quickly and maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive data
