We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
* Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
* Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
* Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
* Collaborating with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on quality and efficiency
* Proficiency in computer applications, including software troubleshooting
* Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
