**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Digital Healthcare Concierge**

We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (Concierge Associate) to join our member services team and digitally engage with members (users) and help them find the right healthcare for their needs. As a Concierge Associate, you'll serve as the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our members. **About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering amazing service to our members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefit and find the right provider. You'll become an expert on arenaflex's product, operations, and the needs of our members, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible support. This role is a jumping-off point for growth within the company, offering opportunities for professional development and advancement.
**Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional service to our members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefit and find the right provider
* Follow best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting improvements as needed
* Maintain a high level of organization within arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite
* Relay member feedback to product and operations teams to improve arenaflex's solution
* Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs
* Maintain a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance
**Ideal Candidate**
* Bachelor's degree
* Passion for helping people solve their problems, with an ability to think creatively and empathetically and stay calm under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness
* Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
