**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met, and their experiences are positive and engaging. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting inbound and outbound calls for our health and wellness incentive programs, providing personalized support and guidance to our members
* Accurately summarizing each call, taking detailed notes, and documenting member interactions
* Listening attentively to member questions and concerns, responding promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
* Registering members to wellness programs, administering health assessments, and conducting retention campaigns
* Assisting members with navigating our wellness portals and ordering catalog items
* Managing multiple software interfaces for different wellness programs, including Five9 and MS Teams
* Following best practices regarding HIPAA laws and protection of member's PHI

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Performance-driven; able to meet daily and monthly benchmark goals
* Ability to work with different software programs and interfaces, including Five9 and MS Teams
* Must be comfortable with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
* Ability to remain professional and composed during each call
* Ability to meet arenaflex's productivity requirements in a remote home office setting
* Excellent attendance record and punctuality
* Ability to type at least 65 WPM
* Must be able to use computer/monitor throughout the course of the work day
* High-speed internet connection required (at least 50 mbps)
* Must have a quiet, distraction-free space to work without background noise
* Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
