**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of calls while providing exceptional customer service and support. **Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with callers through an automated dialer and engaging in conversations to determine their eligibility for compensation
* Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 calls per day, and identifying 1-5 potential qualified callers
* Multitasking while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to efficiently manage calls
* Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
* Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
* Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures
* Assisting with other projects as needed
* Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Competitive and results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance goals
* Ability to work 40+ hours per week in a fast-paced environment
* Strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused experience
* 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
* Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
* High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
* Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (average price is $20-$30)

* Commissions and bonuses with Total Compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+)
