**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Client Insight Center product, ensuring seamless customer experiences and insights that inform our business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and deliver high-impact solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive the development and execution of the Client Insight Center product, ensuring seamless customer experiences and insights that inform our business decisions
* Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Client Insight Center
* Ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insight Center
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
* Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Analytics, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management, or
* 9 years of experience in product management or related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
* We value candidates with a background in creating comprehensive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly
* Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to joining us as we continue to create open products and services observing arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and rules for supporting a comprehensive culture

* Strong product management skills, with experience in driving product development and execution
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
* Experience with data security and customer privacy, with a strong emphasis on ensuring the security and reliability of customer data
* Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver high-impact solutions
