**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division in Orlando, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Take inbound calls and provide heart-driven service to our millions of plan members
* Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
* Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
* Offer solutions to help simplify our members' healthcare experience

**Work from Home Opportunity**
We offer a flexible work-from-home schedule for those who meet the criteria, including maintaining their own internet with approved speed requirements, a secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of our comprehensive training program. Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance is required in this role.
**Training and Development**
Our comprehensive training program includes virtual training, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day one. Training is designed to allow you to experience hands-on learning while interacting with trainers and leadership. Our training program is a minimum of 6 weeks after 2 days of onsite new colleague orientation.
**Schedule Options**
We offer flexible schedule options to create a work-life balance for our colleagues. Full-time schedules range from 30-40 hours per week, with days off and hours varying based on business needs. We may adjust scheduled working hours to meet the variability of call volume, with advance notice to colleagues and without impact to benefit eligibility.

**Required Qualifications**
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
* At least 6 months of healthcare experience
**Education**
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
**Pay Range**
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $25.65 per hour
