Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a driven personality that is focused on solving problems and meeting goals. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and have experience in customer service and sales. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, you will need to have a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work from home, excellent Internet connectivity, and a Smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer.
