**Overview of the Customer Service Representative Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have direct interaction with customers via email/chat, recommending products, resolving inquiries, and processing orders while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. This role requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in the group and in other departments. Your goal will be to ensure happy customers who will buy from us again!
**Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative**
* Demonstrate excellent online customer service etiquette and strong customer relationship skills when responding to customer questions and concerns.
* Contribute to quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of communications to customers and improve customer satisfaction with products.
* Learn software used by arenaflex to navigate listings, locate customer information, and look up data about products.
* Experience in a high-volume environment, handling repetitive duties with a high volume of customer inquiries.
* Collaborate with others in the group and in other departments to achieve common goals.
**Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative**
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years related customer service experience in a high-volume environment /or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills are a must.
* Proficient computer user and knowledge of the internet.
* ASE Certified a plus.
* Parts Counter or mechanics experience a plus.
