**The Role**
As an FNOL Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing high-reputed company inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. These claims are used to report damage to our clients' property, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to reputed company the claims process.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL
* Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database
* Report underground damage to reputed company companies reputed company applicable

* Analyze photos and map the correct location

**Tiered Support Bonus System**

**FNOL Incentive Program**
Our FNOL Incentive Program is designed to reward high-performers with additional earnings per month. **Requirements**
* 6 months to 1-year previous customer service reputed company center experience required
