Job Overview

The Customer Technology Consultant is a critical role at arenaflex, responsible for managing and delivering technical services that support customers across various business units. This position will oversee customer programs, projects, and support activities, ensuring seamless service delivery and performance. The successful candidate will partner with internal and external customers, corporate IT team members, and other business partners to drive success. With a focus on customer satisfaction, this role will provide direction to onsite and remote IT teams, manage software development, production support, and systematic reporting, and maintain comprehensive action item logs and IT metrics packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee various customer programs, customer relations, projects, and support activities to ensure seamless service delivery and performance
  • Effectively partner with and build solid relations with internal and external customers, corporate IT team members, and other business partners to drive success
  • Provide direction to onsite and remote IT teams that are part of a matrix organization, ensuring alignment and collaboration
  • Manage and act as a single point of contact for all phases of software development, production support, and systematic reporting, including planning, analyzing, and assisting in the design of application enhancements, reports, and tools
  • Monitor all production support processes and activities, including defect identification and resolution, to meet service levels and ensure transactional integrity
  • Review and monitor all systematic reporting tools relating to summary and detailed billing claims activities, including initial submission, defect resolution, and re-submission events
  • Maintain comprehensive action item logs and IT metrics packages to ensure continuous improvement activities and drive business growth
  • Work closely with the business owner, acting as a subject matter expert on system capabilities, interfaces, and customer touch points to drive innovation and improvement
  • Interact with the customer and the project management team regarding user needs, promoting an environment of user cooperation and satisfaction
  • Analyze, interpret, and summarize data in preparation of statistical and analytical reports, gathering and maintaining all production and quality audit tracking to inform business decisions
  • Schedule and act as the primary facilitator for weekly or as-required IT meetings, providing and maintaining products for status, issues, and risks related to program activities
  • Take an active role in strategic planning activities related to the program, driving business growth and innovation

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Outgoing, action-oriented self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced dynamic environment and is able to thrive in a remote setting
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, with excellent communication skills and high verbal and written proficiency
  • Strong business knowledge and understanding in the following areas: Supply Chain applications, such as Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing Execution, or Warehouse Management
  • Technical services knowledge and understanding for computing devices, including new product introduction, testing/diagnostics, software/BIOS installation, and configuration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Supply chain Systems, specifically middleware applications, client-server applications, versioning software such as CVS, TOAD, and other tools
  • Knowledge of reporting services/applications, such as TibCo, Spotfire, and Oracle BI
  • Knowledge and experience in a SSAE-16/SSAE18 SOC and IT General Controls environment
  • Knowledge of enterprise hardware platforms, such as LINUX, Windows, Oracle relational databases
  • Manhattan WMS knowledge preferred

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $73,235.00 - $138,959.00, depending on experience.
